* Ensures that sport and recreation is represented by a strong independent voice.
* Will ensure you are kept fully informed of local and national issues that may affect your sport.
* Enables you to play an active role in the decision making process for sport in Leeds.
* Entitles the organisation to vote at general meetings of the Federation.
* Entitles members of the governing body, club or district sports council to be nominated for election to the executive committee of the Federation and other committees and specialist working groups.
* Provides free places at the conferences and seminars organised by the Federation.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP ...
* Helps to ensure that sport and recreation is represented by a strong independent voice.
* Will ensure that you are kept informed of local and national issues that may affect your sport.
* Allows you to attend the annual regional conference for a modest fee.
(All organisations in Leeds involved in sport or physical recreation are automatically entitled to apply for associate membership of the Federation, which will be granted free of charge, if appropriate.)
